Provision of your real doll’s Pictures

Order cancellation
We will start to process your order within 12 hours of payment confirmation, and we will start to work on your real doll by then. We get high-quality materials for your sex doll, and we have pre-allocated time and cost incurred; this is to make sure that we meet up with our deadline.
Kindly confirm your order before hitting the button for submission. However, suppose you would like to cancel your order. However, the type of orders below cannot be canceled
If you make an order with implanted hair, your order cannot be canceled because Implanted hair requires a lot of time, cost and they are also made with hands.
The cost for silicone-made sex dolls is higher than that of a TPE made; therefore, an order for a silicone doll cannot be canceled.
If you made an order for an in-stock sex doll, we wouldn’t be able to process your cancellation of the package because we ship on receiving your order, and we might have to ship when your cancellation order comes in, and canceling it will cost a lot of shipping payment.
If you make changes to your items while they are still being processed, you’ll not be charged any additional payment. A customized order cannot be changed or canceled once it’s processed because it was made to the customer’s personal taste and preference. If you cancel your order while it’s being processed, you’ll be subjected to our Return and Exchange policy.
Return
In case of damages and warranty.
1. Did you get the wrong doll?
If by any chance you take delivery of your real doll, and you discover it doesn’t match the description on the website or the picture you were shown, kindly send us a video of you unboxing the sex doll with all its parts intact, the label for shipping and the box for the outside packaging).
2. If you get a damaged doll.
If you open your package and your find out your package is damaged, kindly file a claim with your shipping delivery person, and you will have a new replacement for your sex doll arranged based on how damaged your sex doll is or not. What does our sex doll guarantee not cover?
1. Damage caused by your usage of the sex doll – we have all of our sex dolls under inspection and testing before we send them to you. 2. Already used dolls – any doll which has been used by the customer cannot be returned.
3. Differences in skin tone – the skin tone when you receive the sex doll will definitely look slightly different from what it shows on the website or the computer screen.
4. Fingernails and toenails – during shipping or after you get your product, the nails on the sex doll might become loose because they were attached with light glues so as to guarantee that these nails can be removed by users after they take delivery of their sex doll. If this happens, kindly make use of our nail glue and lash to reapply.
5. Loose Eyelash – the sex doll’s face will be covered with an eye mask for protection and if the eyelashes fall off, kindly reattach them with our lash and nail glue.
